Star Elevators not only meet the Safety requirements as per Indian Standards, its products are also certified by Liftinstituut Netherlands for safety clauses as per European (EN) standards.

Performance & Quality
Quality/ Performance

We use “Close Loop technology” in our elevators which enables 100% Levelling Accuracy, Noise Free Ride and Jerk Free Ride. To demonstrate the smooth ride quality, we perform a “Coin Test” where a coin is kept in standing position in the elevator, and the elevator is operated several times. If the coin remains standing and does not flip on its side, it demonstrates the Jerk Free ride quality.

Installation
Installation

Our Installation teams are well trained for executing quality with prescribed safety measures. They are equipped with the necessary tools required to install the elevator. Several interim quality and safety checks are performed by our engineers during the various stages of installation.

Service
Service

Star provides 24×7 service to all its clients through a centralized Customer Care Center. Our TAT is 4 hours. However, in case of an emergency, our service teams are tracked through GPS by the Customer Care Center, so they can be deputed to the site in case of the emergency.
